灵芝孢子合剂的安全性毒理学及保健功能评价

摘　　要：灵芝孢子合剂的主要成分为原木灵芝破壁孢子粉和原木灵芝浸膏粉 ,本研究对其安全性毒理学及保健功能进行评价。结果表明 ,灵芝孢子合剂对两种性别昆明种小鼠口投LD50 均大于 10 g/kg体重 ,且无任何病变、致突变作用 ,对SD大白鼠生长发育无不良影响 ,属实际无毒物。口饲不同剂量 (3g、1g、0 .33g/kg)的孢子合剂 ,昆明种小鼠S - 180和H - 2 2瘤重均显著低于对照组 ,高剂量组抑瘤率分别为 34.8%～ 39.7%和 32 .5%～ 37.7% ;而BALB/C小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及脾脏自然杀伤细胞活性均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5)。本研究认为灵芝孢子合剂口服安全且无毒副作用 ,具有抑制肿瘤和免疫调节作用 。The main components of Ganoderma lucidum spore mixture were wall broken spores and extract powder of log cultivated Ganoderma lucidum. The safety toxicology and health protection function of Ganoderma lucidum spore mixture were appraised in this paper. The results showed that the mixture was nonpoisonous in reality with an oral LD 50 >10g/kg to Kunming mice and no inducing effect of pathological changes and mutation, without harmful effect on the growth of SD mice, that the weight of tumor S-180 and tumor H-22 was lower significantly than that of the control when Kunming mice were given orally with a dosage of 3g,1g and 0.33g/kg body weight resp., and that the tumor suppressive rate of the high dosage treatment (3g/kg body weight) was 34.8%～39.7% and 32.5%～37.7% for tumor S-180 and tumor H-22 resp.. Moreover, both murine(BALB/C mice) celiac macrophage phagocytosis and spleen natural-killer-cell activity were higher than that of the control significantly (P<0.01,P<0.05). So Ganoderma lucidum spore mixture was considered to be a kind of health protection food, safe,nonpoisonous for taking orally and free from side-effect with tumor-suppressive activity and immunoregulatory function.
