摘　　要：英语教学改革与建设仍然是摆在广大高职院校教学管理部门和英语教师面前的难题,因此,改革方向准确定位及建设路径的科学合理是为了提高高职学生英语学习能力、应用能力以及高职英语教师的职业能力和职业的关键。English teaching reform and construction still lies the problem in the front of administration departments and English teachers in higher vocational education. Thus, the accurate orientation of reform direction and scientific reasonable of construction path is the key to improved students＂ English ability of learning and application, improve the quality of English teachers in Vocational Colleges.
