摘　　要：随着外语教学改革的持续深入,高校英语教师的能力素质也需要不断提升。文章从转变教育观念、提高教师素质、改革教学方法三方面探讨了英语教师如何更好地满足现代教学目标所需要的创新性人才。With the continuous development of the foreign lan-guage teaching reform, the ability and quality of college English teachers also need to be improved accordingly. This article dis-cussed how the English teachers meet the needs of innovative talents under the modern teaching goals from three aspects, in-cluding changing educational concepts, improving the quality of teachers and reforming teaching methods.
