摘　　要："双元制"成人高职教育是职业教育办学模式的途径之一。"双元制"成人高职教育教学的组织应遵循针对性原则、灵活性原则、共享性原则和多赢性原则;其教育教学的组织实施不仅涉及到教学任务、教学管理、制度管理和考核管理,同时也与其服务保障机制相关。＂Dual system＂ vocational education mode is one of the effective way in adult higher vocational education. The teaching organization of ＂ dual system＂ adult higher vocational education should follow the pertinence principle,flexibility principle,shared principles and win- win principle; and involves not only the task of teaching,teaching management,system management,and appraisal management,as well as its service and support mechanism.
