摘  要:目的:探讨高仿真模拟技术结合PBL教学法在消化内科见习中的应用。方法:将齐齐哈尔医学院2009级120名学生随机分为高仿真模拟技术结合PBL教学组及传统教学组并评估教学效果。结果:两组测试成绩差异明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高仿真模拟技术结合PBL教学法在教与学两方面促进了教学质量的提高,受到学生的普遍认可。Objective: To explore the application of high simulation technique combined with PBL teaching in digestive practice. Meth- ods: 120 students of 2009 grade in Qiqihar Medical College were randomly divided into two groups: high simulation technology com- bined with PBL teaching group and the traditional teaching group, and the effect was evaluated respectively. Results: There are signifi- cant differences between the two groups statistically (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : High simulation technique combined with PBL teaching method could promote the teaching quality in teaching and learning, and is appreciated by students.
