校企合作与学科竞赛之我见

摘　　要：随着高等教育不断发展,高校与企业的深度合作也日益迫切。本文以南京工程学院历年与日本三菱电机有限公司每年举办的"三菱电机自动化杯"全国大学生自动化系统应用竞赛为例,以学科竞赛这块试验田对校企合作中对接文化进行了探索。在教学过程与职业标准、生产过程对接、形成优良学风、提升教师能力、提高学生就业层次等方面具有重要作用。With the continuous development of higher education, universities and enterprises are also increasingly urgent in -depth cooperation. In this paper, Nanjing Institute of Technology cal- endar year with Mitsubishi Electric Co. annual ＂Mitsubishi Electric Automation Cup＂ National College Automation System Application Contest as an example, this academic competition for school - enter- prise cooperation plots butt culture is explored. And professional standards in the teaching process, the production process docking, formation of fine style, enhance teachers＂ ability to improve student em- ployment levels, and so has an important role.
