摘  要:介绍了半主动液压悬置的基本结构和工作原理,根据其力学模型建立数学模型,进而形成了集机械组件和流体为一体的半主动控制液压悬置模型。模型中较周全地考虑了悬置内部各结构、流体和气体的运动,以及空气通道开闭实现半主动控制的情况。为准确获得模型参数,通过试验方法对液压悬置的等效泵压面积、橡胶主簧体积刚度、橡胶底膜体积刚度及解耦膜刚度等参数进行了识别。利用识别出的参数对液压悬置模型进行仿真分析,将仿真获得的动刚度和阻尼角曲线与实验结果进行对比,验证了悬置参数辨识方法和半主动液压悬置模型的合理性和正确性。所建模型为后期悬置结构优化及整车建模奠定了良好的基础。The basic structure and working principle of the semi-active hydraulic mount is introduced. According to the mechanical model, the mathematic model is built; then a semi-active hydraulic mount model containing the mechanical parts and fluid is built. Each inner structures, the motion situation of the fluid and gas, the open and close of the air channel are all considered in the model. In order to get accurate model parameters, a test is conducted to identify the parameters, such as the equivalent pumping area, the rubber volumetric stiffness, the membrane volumetric stiffness and the decoupler stiffness. The model is simulated using the identified parameters. The dynamic stiffness and loss angle obtained from the simulation are compared with that of experiment. The comparison results demonstrate the reasonability and the accuracy of the parameter identification method and the mount model. The semi-active hydraulic mount model could provide a foundation for the mount structure optimization and full vehicle modeling.
