摘  要:运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,阐述了"双导师制"的内涵、实施策略及其保障机制。在体育师范生的教育类课程实施"双导师制"的过程中,"顶岗置换"教学要有侧重点和针对性,要统筹安排"顶岗实习"计划,构建制度与机制保障体系,以保障"双导师制"取得实效和可持续发展。By literature material querying and logic analysis, the connolation of the "double tutorial system", the implementing path and the practical significance are discussed. In the process of implementation of the "double tutorial system" on educational courses of physical education student, "substitution post" teaching will has emphasis and specificity, should arrange the plan as a whole and training program and constructs systems and guarantee system to ensure "double tutorial system" acquiring success and sustainable development.
