摘 要:高考作为现行教育体制中最重要的评价性制度之一,具有强烈的价值导向。高考的负向社会功能日渐凸显,主要体现在"努力高于天赋"的成才标准指向,"学历重于能力"的人才选拔取向和"结果大于过程"的社会价值导向。此三者构成了高考的负向社会功能。树立"注重过程、全面发展"的育人观和"不拘一格降人才"的选才观,改革当下"一考定终身"的高考制度,可在一定程度上缓解高考对社会的种种负向影响。As one of the most important evaluative system in current system of education, college entrance examination has strong value orientation. The negative social function of college entrance examination is highlighted. "Efforts than Talent" as the standard of success, "Diploma than Ability" as the orientation of talents selection, "Result than Process" as the orientation of social value are all the negative social functions of college entrance examination. To establish the educational ideal of process oriented and integrated development, to establish the selection ideal of flexible ways of screening talents, and to reform the fixed college entrance examination system are the ways out the negative impact of current situation.
