摘　　要：本文从外语电教工作者在教育技术新形势下参与教学改革 开发利用教学资源，研究学生学习过程，探索新的教学模式实施素质教育等方面进行了探讨。This thesis probes into the methods of how an e education technician take part in the reform of teaching methodology with the new educational technology, developing the teaching resources, studying the learners' course of acquisition, exploring new teaching modes, and carrying out the quality education.
