红色精神寓于大学生“精神成人”教育探析

摘　　要：红色精神是大学生"精神成人"不可或缺的精神资源和有效载体。大学生精神生活的满足、精神动力的激发、政治思想的培养、道德素质的提升要以红色精神为引领。在党和政府的高度重视下,高校要充分认识教育在人的精神培养中的重要地位,抓住大学生精神发展的可塑性特点,利用国内丰富的红色精神资源,把红色精神寓于大学生"精神成人"教育之中,促进其精神成人。The Red Spirit is the indispensable spiritual resources and effective body for the college students to reach adulthood in mind. The spiritual satisfy, mind motivation, politic idea cultivation and moral promotion must all be lead by the Red Spirit. Under the high concentration of our party and the government, the colleges should recognize the importance of education in people＇s mind cultivation, grasp the plasticity of the college students＇ spiritual development, fully make use of the abundant Red Spiritual resource in our country, combine the Red Spirit into the college students＇ spiritual education, and finally help them reach adulthood in mind.
