摘  要:枸杞黄酮类化合物是具有广泛活性的一类物质。在枸杞子表面涂抹碳酸钠和亚硫酸钠溶液作为除蜡剂,研究了烘干、晒干和冷冻升华干燥对枸杞总黄酮的影响,并对枸杞总黄酮增加速率和干重变化速率进行了相关性分析。结果显示,干燥方式对枸杞总黄酮的积累有显著影响,其总黄酮积累大小依次是烘干>晒干>冻干。在烘干和晒干过程中,枸杞总黄酮随着干燥时间的延长会增加,经分析得出总黄酮的增加速率与干燥速率呈显著正相关。在干燥前期干燥速率表现为Na2CO3>Na2SO3>空白,其总黄酮的增加在干燥前期也表现为Na2CO3>Na2SO3>空白。Flavonoid in Lycium barbarum L possesses a wide range of bioactivities, tn this study, with sodium carbonate solution and sodium sulfite solution as wax removers being used to smear the surface of the pure fruit of Lycium barbarum L, the effects of sun-dried, hot-air-dried and freeze-dried on the content of the total flavonoid were researched. Meanwhile, the correlation analyses were conducted between the change rate of the total flavonoid and dry weight. The results showed that the content of the total favonoid had significant difference with the way of drying. The total flavonoid in Lycium barbarum L dried with hot air reached the highest content, and followed by the sun-dried and freeze-dried one. Both sun-dried and hot-air-dried showed that the content of the total flavonoid became higher during the period of drying, and made a positive correlation with the drying rate. The Lycium barbarum L with sodium carbonate solution had a higher drying rate in early stage, and later caught up with the one treated by sodium sulfite solution and control blank respectively. Followed the dry rate, the content of the total flavonoid with sodium carbonate solution increased faster, then it was the Lycium barbarum L with sodium sulfite solution and control blank.
