摘　　要：学习倦怠是高校学生工作面临的常见问题,结合学生工作实际并通过问卷调查研究,结果表明,地方高师院校数学与应用数学专业大学生中有49.9%的学生存在学习倦怠,且处于中等偏高水平;不同性别、年级和培养层次的该专业大学生学习倦怠水平存在显著差异,不同生源地的学生学习倦怠不存在显著差异。解决倦怠的适应性教育,性别差异教育,心理情绪调节,本、专科层次管理。Leaming burnout is a common problem faced by the college students, combined with the actual student work and through the survey research. It shows： Local Normal College of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics majors in the presence of 49.9 % of students are learning burnout and in a medium high level ; there are different gender, grade level and developing the professional learning bumout levels were significantly different, different students to learn burnout. There were differences in solving to learn burnout adaptability of education, gender differences in education, psychological and emotional adjustment, and the specialist level of management.
