摘　　要：开展进城务工人员教育培训工作,提升他们的职业技能和公民素质水平,对促进城乡经济社会一体化协调发展具有重要意义。本文在梳理综述已有文献的基础上,概述当前进城务工人员教育培训现状与问题,并且以马克思的劳动价值论和西方人力资本理论为基础,阐述了进城务工人员教育培训的经济意义。By carrying out education and training, the level of professional skills and citizen qualities will be improved for the migrant workers in cities, and it will have an important significance on promoting coordinated integration of urban and rural areas development. This paper summarizes the current situation and problems by reviewing the previous literature and expounds the economic significance of education and training for migrant workers on the basis of Marx＇s labor value theory and western human capital theory.
