改革开放以来我国成人高等教育政策价值取向及执行效度分析

摘　　要：以改革开放以来我国成人高等教育政策文本为依据,分析了我国成人高等教育政策在不同时期的价值选择。从恢复调整时期的以拨乱发正的政治诉求为核心的政策价值观,到市场经济建成时的以服务经济建设的产业价值观,逐渐进入到知识经济时的以促进人的全面发展、建成学习型社会为目标的新成人高等教育政策价值观。同时,对成人高等教育政策价值取向定位进行了深入探究,并针对在执行过程中存在的效度问题进行了对策分析,以期推动成人高等教育改革的深入发展。Based on the text of Chinese adult higher education policy since reform and opening up, this ar- ticle analyzes the different value orientations of the policy in the different periods, explores deeply on how to orientate the value of adult higher education policy, and gives some measures to improve the policy validity in the course of execution, which will help to promote our adult higher education.
