摘　　要：中高职衔接,构建现代职业教育体系,是当前深化职业教育改革的重要任务,本文以武汉船舶职业技术学院暖通空调专业为例,对实施情况进行介绍并分析,针对暖通空调专业中高职人才培养对接存在的问题,从对口单招考试模式、人才培养的层次区分度、课程设置等方面进行了探讨。To carry out further education reform, it is of vital importance to link secondary and higher vocational education and build a modern vocational education system. Taking HVAC specialty in Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an example, this essay analyses the current situation of linkage between secondary and higher vocational courses, and points out the existing problems, based on which the essay then discusses the countermeasures from secondary vocational students admission exam designing, differentiation of talents training level and course setting, etc.
