医学生独立临床思维能力培养初探

摘　　要：正确的临床思维来源于扎实的理论基础、详细的病史询问、系统全面的体格检查以及严谨周密的临床综合分析思考。对于医学生而言,良好的临床思维至关重要。作者结合多年的临床带教经历,对目前实习医生存在的临床思维能力不足,难以独立进行临床诊疗方面存在的问题进行了分析,并初步探讨如何培养医学生的独立临床思维能力。The correct clinical thinking comes from well - knit clinical theories, detailed history inquiry, systematic and complete physical examination, and careful and comprehensive analysis and reasoning. Good clinical thinking is very important for medical students. This study which based on the authors＂ experiences of clinical teaching was to analysis the problems on the lack of interns＂ clinical thinking and hardly carrying out clinical diagnosis independently, and to primarily discuss the cultivation of independent clinical thinking ability for medical students.
