摘　　要：以企业科研项目为依托的培养方式,能使研究生在导师和企业科研人员的共同指导下直接参与科研项目的工作。文章运用理论和实证相结合的方法,调查产学研合作过程中研究生科研能力培养的基本情况,其中培养环节包括课题选题、科研实践、科研认识提升等;并在此基础上提出相应的培养对策,即根据企业需求和研究生培养自身客观规律,探索产学研合作培养研究生的模式。The cultivation mode based on the enterprise＇s scientific research project can make the graduates directly involve in research work under the combined direction of the tutor and the enterprise＇s research personnel.In this paper,by using theoretical and empirical methods,the basic condition of the cultivation of the graduates＇ scientific research ability during the process of enterprise-university cooperation is investigated.The research subject,research experience and research cognition are the important parts of the cultivation.The cultivation strategy is also put forward,i.e.to explore the cultivation mode of graduates according to the requirement of the enterprise and the rules of graduates＇ cultivation during the process of the enterprise-university cooperation.
