摘 要:目的探讨心理授权和结构授权对护士组织承诺的影响。方法便利抽样法选择上海市公共卫生临床中心192名护士作为调查对象,采用心理授权量表、工作效能条件问卷和组织承诺量表对其进行调查,并对三者间的关系进行统计学分析。结果心理授权和结构授权与护士的组织承诺显著相关,自主性、工作影响、正式权力、资源权力可影响护士的组织承诺(均P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应提供授权的工作环境,提高护士对心理授权和结构授权的感知,进而促进护士的组织承诺,降低离职率。Objective To investigate the impact of psychological empowerment and structural empowerment on nurses' organizational commitment.Methods One hundred and ninety-two clinical nurses were selected to fill out psychological empowerment scale,work efficacy conditions questionnaires and organizational commitment questionnaire,and we analyze the correlationship between them.Results The psychological empowerment and structural empowerment were correlated with nurses' organizational commitment,work autonomy,work impact,formal power,and resources power can influence nurses' organizational commitment(P〈0.05).Conclusion Nursing manager should provide empowerment working environment,and increase the nurses' sense of psychological empowerment and structural empowerment to promote organizational commitment and reduce the turnover rate.
