摘　　要：人才强校是高校发展过程中形成的共识.如何建立适合自身发展的人才团队是应用型高校发展建设中的重点工作.根据应用型大学的内涵和特征,分析了当前应用型高校人才团队建设中存在的问题,从人才团队结构和组建两个方面提出了应用型高校建设人才团队的思路.We can form the consensus which talents could promote the development of college. Development and construction of application-oriented colleges and universities is focusing on that how to build their own talent team. Based on the content and features of the application- oriented colleges and universities,analyzed the current issue of talent team building,and proposed the ideas about building the talent team on the perspectives of the talents＇ structure and formation.
