摘  要:以整车NEDC循环为标准,对比NEDC循环中的工况点油耗量的权重,优化高油耗率工况点,能够更直接地降低整车循环油耗。本文基于NEDC循环中高油耗权重的发动机工况点,研究采用两段式可变气门升程技术对NEDC循环综合油耗的影响,并分析说明使用小升程气门曲线能够降低油耗率的原理。结果显示,此款发动机使用两段式可变气门升程能够有效降低NEDC循环油耗约2.5%。According to fuel consumption distribution of different operation points in NEDC driving cycle, the reduction BSFC of high weight operating points would lead to great fuel consumption saving. In this paper, according to running points with high weight fuel consumption, two-step variable valve lift technology is introduced to investigate its effect on fuel economy improvement. And the details why small valve lift could reduce fuel consumption at part load are explained as well. Simulation results shows 2.5% fuel consumption reduction using two-step variable valve lift technology.
