摘　　要：工程师伦理责任教育是工程教育的重要组成部分,是"卓越计划"职业道德教育体系中必不可少的组成部分。积极有序地开展高校工科专业大学生的工程师伦理责任教育,既是社会发展和时代进步的迫切要求,也是工科大学生素质教育和今后就业的客观需要,更是贯彻"卓越计划",为培养造就高质量各类卓越工程师提供后备人才资源保障的必由之路。The education of engineers＇ ethical responsibility is not only an important part of engineering education,but also an essential part of the professional ethics education system in ＇Excellence Project＇. Positive and orderly education of engineer＇s ethical responsibility for engineering majors of the colleges and universities is not only the urgent request of social development and progress,but also the objective demand of engineering majors＇ quality education and their future employment and the essential route for the implementation of‘Excellence Project＇ and the training and bringing up of all kinds of excellent engineers of high quality to provide the necessary reserve of talented personnel resources.
