摘  要:河源职业技术学院在开展"教师职教能力培训与测评"校本培训项目的过程中,建立了学习型组织和教科研团队,实施了教学改革,搭建了实践平台,建立了跟踪系统等校本培训机制。高职院校课程改革实践应以教师职教能力提升为目标,以行动导向、工学结合为核心理念,以基于工作过程的课程开发设计为主要内容。Heyuan Polytechnic has established the learning-based groups and the teaching-research teams, carried out the educational reform, built the practical platform and established the tracking systems for school-based training mechanism in the process of the implementation of school-based training program "The Training and Evaluation for Teachers' Vocational Education Ability". The curriculum reform practice of higher vocational colleges should be aimed at enhancing the teachers' vocational education ability, take the action-oriented and work-study-combining as the core philosophy and base the main contents on the curriculum development and design.
