摘　　要：本文以自我同一性的建立与社会化进程的推进为视角,对青奥会举办对青少年成长的影响进行研究,认为:自我同一性的建立与社会化的形成是青少年成长的关键;青奥会的仪式性与竞技运动的教育价值,对青少年自我同一性的建立和社会化的形成具有促进作用,具体体现为青少年在参与过程中的角色扮演对建立自我同一性与社会化进程具有推动作用;体育所提供的理性化思维对青少年自我同一性的建立具有积极作用;青奥会所营造的体育氛围对青少年的体育价值观具有重塑的作用。为此,建议组织者应该从社会角色扮演、理性思维培养和体育价值观的塑造三个方面入手,营造青少年的自我参与和社会适应环境,为青少年的教育和健康成长创造条件。It is believed, based on the study about the impact of the YOG on the growth of youth from the perspective ofestablishment of self-identity and promotion of socialization process, that： the establishment of self-identity and formation of socialization are key to the growth of young people; the ritual of the YOG and educational value of competitive sportspromote the formation of selfidentity and socialization of young people; it is reflected that the role playof young people in participationpromotes the formation of self-identity and socialization; the rational thinking of sports has a positive effect on the establishment of youth self-identity; the atmosphere created by the YOG reshapes the sporting values of youth; therefore, organizersare recommended to create an environment of self-participation and social adaptation for youth from social role-playing, rational thinking training and sporting values .9.9 shaping, andconditions for the education and healthy growth of young people.
