摘 要:实践教学作为法学本科教育的重要环节,在我国法律人才的实践能力训练中具有十分重要的作用。由于实践教学课程设置、教学模式、教学条件、评价体系等方面还存在诸多的问题,这导致了我国法学本科实践教学相对滞后。本文认为应该通过改革法学教育的办学定位,调整高校教育的办学定位;重估法学实践教学的价值,强化法学实践教学的思想意识;完善法学本科实践教学,建立科学、系统的实践教学体系以及强化实践教学组织与管理等措施,改革我国法学本科实践教学。Practical teaching, as a most crucial part in undergraduate legal education, plays a significant role in training Chinese law school students' practical capability. Due to various problems in curriculum design, teaching mode, teaching condition and evaluation system, the practical teaching in China has been relatively backward in its development. In this thesis, it is asserted that several measures should be taken to reform the undergraduate legal practical teaching, which include reforming the orientation of legal education, adjusting the orientation of college education, revaluating the significance of legal practical teaching, raising the awareness of strengthening legal practical teaching, improving undergraduate legal practical teaching, setting up a scientific system of practical teaching, and consolidating the organizing and management of practical teaching.
