摘　　要：根据理论和实践,概括出高职教师核心素质的技术能力结构、教学能力结构和职业品德结构,分析了核心素质的发展形态,归纳了核心素质的的发展阶段和发展模式,提出了高职教师专业发展自主设计的方式。The essay summarizes the core qualities of teachers in vocational colleges, including technical ability, teaching ability and professional ethics from the theory and practice. After analyzing the development situation of the core qualities, the essay also sums up its development process and model and finally proposes the way of autonomous professional development design for teachers in vocational colleges.
