摘 要:使用自制的超声场-脉冲电场协同防垢装置对CaCO3、CaSO4和Ca3(PO4)2等3种糖厂主要积垢的生成溶液进行处理,研究其对这3种积垢防除效果,并通过正交试验确定最佳工艺参数。结果表明:超声场-脉冲电场对CaCO3、CaSO4和Ca3(PO4)2积垢的防除率分别达到70.38%、51.74%及65.73%;最佳防垢工艺参数对CaCO3为超声功率100 W、脉冲电压3 kV、作用时间2 min;对CaSO4为超声功率100 W、脉冲电压3 kV、作用时间3 min;对Ca3(PO4)2为超声功率110 W、脉冲电压3 kV、作用时间2 min。The generating solutions of CaCO3, CaSO4 and Ca3(PO4)2 were treated by self-made ultrasonic-pulsed electric field scale-preventing equipment to study its scale prevention effect in sugar industry, and the optimal parameters were studied. The results indicated that the ultrasonic-pulsed electric field scale-prevention equipment could effectively prevent scale generation, the scale-preventing rate of CaCO3, CaSO4 and Ca3(PO4)2were 70.38%, 51.74% and 65.73%, respectively, the optimal parameters for different scales were not the same: for CaCO3, ultrasonic power 100 W, pulsed voltage 3 kV, treated time 2 min; for CaSO4, ultrasonic power 100 W, pulsed voltage 3 kV, treated time 3 min; for Ca3(PO4)2, ultrasonic power 110 W, pulsed voltage 3 kV, treated time 2 min.
