摘　　要：对一类三阶非线性向量型微分方程零解的全局吸引性及全局稳定性给出了新的判别准则 .In this paper the global stability of a class of third order vectorial differential equations are discussed.By using the method of Liapunov function,we acquire new sufficient condition to the globally asymptotical stability of this class of equations.
