摘　　要：在函数φp(n+p,1;z)的基础上,利用Hadamard乘积为f(z)∈∑p定义一个新的线性算子Dn+p-1:Dn+p-1f(z)=φp(n+p,1;z)*f(z),并讨论它具有的一些性质.然后应用这个新的线性算子Dn+p-1,研究了其在亚纯p叶函数上的一些应用.On the basis of the function φp （ n＋p,1;z） , using Hadamard product to define a new liner opera-tor Dn＋p-1 of f（z）∈∑p, Dn＋p-1f（z） =φp（n＋p,1;z）＊f（z）, and discuss it with some of the properties. Then using the new linear operator Dn＋p-1 , study the meromorphic p-Valent functions on some applications.
