摘　　要：通过基于工作过程的项目化教学模式运用于高职饮料加工技术课程的教学改革中,在教学实践中创新教育理念,重构教学内容,改进教学方法,革新考核方式,注重学生的能力培养。实践证明,饮料加工技术课程改革提升了学生的职业能力,显著提高了教学质量。Through applying project teaching reform mode based on work process into beverage processing technology course of higher vocational college, in the teaching practice to creative education concept, reconstruct teaching content, improve teaching methods, reform examination mode, and pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ ability. Result shows that students＇ professional ability has been greatly improved, and teaching quality is improved significantly.
