摘　　要：基于重庆高职院校数据,利用社会统计软件(SPSS),对"双师素质"教师培养九个影响因素进行了实证分析,最后针对专业素质、制度建设、激励机制、发展前景、培养过程五个主要影响因素提出对策建议。On the basis of the data in higher vocational schools in Chongqing and in use of Social Statistical Package for the Social Sciences （SPSS）, this paper analyzes the nine factors which influence the training of “double quality”teachers and proposes the suggestions for professional quality, system building, incentive mechanism, development prospects and training process.
