摘  要:教育公平是指在进行教育活动中,贯彻社会公平的价值原则,公正合理地配置教育资源,提供均等的受教育机会,以维护教育接受方平等的教育权利。十六大以来,党在关于义务教育的均衡发展、地区教育的均衡发展、贫困学生资助体系的建立、流动人口受教育权的保障等方面进行了大力探索,促进了教育公平的发展。在今后发展中还需要继续努力,为教育公平的实现营造环境、优化结构,奠定实践、社会和经济基础。Educational equity refers to implementing the principle of social equity value, fair and reasonable allocation of educational resources, and providing equal educational opportunities to maintain equal rights on the part of the recipients in the course of education activities. Since the 16th Congress, the Party has explored vigorously on the balanced development of compulsory education, the balanced development of regional education, the establishment of the financial aid system for pow erty stricken students, and the protection of the right to education for floating population, which have promoted the development of the educational equity. In future, we still need to continue to work hard to create proper environment and optimize the structure for the realization of educational equity, so to lay a solid practical, social, and economic foundation.
