摘　　要：德国职业教育注重企业培训,通过以企业实践培训为主的职业教育模式和以职业为导向的职业课程设置突出其职业教育的实用性和岗位针对性,使职业教育内部充满发展动力。德国职业教育注重法律建设和执行操作,通过一系列严密法律法规和执行体系,使宏观监督与微观制约并行,保障职业教育更加灵活顺利发展。德国职业教育通过这种内部发展性和外部保障性,使得职业教育能够保持强大发展动力。German vocational education attaches importance to enterprise training. According to enterprise practice training of vocational education mode and career-oriented curriculum, German vocational education highlights vocational practicability and post pertinence, making the internal vocational education full of momentum. German vocational education attaches importance to legal construction and operation executive. A series of laws and regulations and executive system, macroscopic supervision and microscopic restriction pairing, guarantee vocational education flexible and smooth developing. Because of the internal developmental and external protection, German vocational education maintains a strong development momentum.
