摘 要:本文研究1种基于电子鼻的库尔勒香梨品质区分方法。使用电子鼻检测存放9 d的库尔勒香梨样品,以主成分方法分析数据,结果表明电子鼻可实现不同品质库尔勒香梨样品的区分,主成分分析结果与微生物检验结果之间存在一定联系。与人工感官方法、化学分析等方法相比,该方法适合于香梨品质的现场快速检测。In order to obtain a fast and available process to detect the quality of fruits,electronic nose(E-nose) was applicated in identifying of rotten fruit.The process of experiment was: the fresh korla pears were indentified by Enose in the 1st day to 9th day.The data were analyzed by principal component analysis.Meanwhile,cut down the peel from another pear which has the similar freshness and the growth of bacteria to corruption could be got by flat colonies notation.In the plot of principal component analysis the conclusion could be obtained: the aroma of the same fruit was effectively distinguished by E-nose.Combining the results of the experiment of E-nose,it was the conclusion that the mold has the most obvious effects to the corruption of the fruit.
