摘  要:目的探讨基于团队学习(Team-Based Leaning,TBL)的教学模式在生理学课程中的应用效果。方法以中山大学中山医学院2012级五年制临床医学专业4-7班共144名本科生为研究对象,学生共分为37个小组。在生理学泌尿系统的学习单元中采用TBL教学方法,并在学习结束后对学生进行了相关的问卷调查,了解TBL的教学效果以便为日后的推广提供客观依据。结果学生积极发言、讨论热烈,课堂气氛活跃;个人测试及格率为76%;100%的学生对TBL教学方法、主讲教师满意,99%的同学对教学内容、教学效果满意;97%学生认为TBL,教学有必要推广。结论 TBL教学是适合生理学课程行之有效的教学方法,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application effect of Team- Based Learning (TBL) Teaching Method in physiolo- gy. Methods 144 undergraduate students of Grade 2012 Class 4 to 7 of clinical medicine were devided into 37 teams randomly. We applied TBL Teaching Method to the chapter of renal system in physiology and surveyed students about the effects of TBL Teaching Method with questionnaires which supplied the objective evidence for further spreading TBL. Results Students discussed intensely with lively atmosphere; The pass rate of individual tests was 76% ; All were pleased with TBL Teaching Method and the keynote speaker; 99% students were satisfied with teaching contents and teaching effects; 97% students thought it was necessary to spread TBL Teaching Method. Conclusions TBL Teaching Method is effective and it is worthy of being popularized.
