摘  要:目的深入了解护生首次专题临床见习后的心理感受。方法采用内容分析法对第二军医大学2012级41名护理本科生首次专题临床见习后的心理感受进行分析,并提炼主题。结果共归纳出5个主题:护患关系比想象中融洽;护理职业认同感和价值感加强;有利于将所用理论知识应用于临床;感觉自身知识储备不足,今后需更加努力;护患沟通很重要。结论首次专题临床见习有助于护生正确认知医疗环境和护患关系,帮助护生巩固专业思想和发现自身不足,从而建立正确的职业价值观,激发其学习动机。应适当增加早期临床见习机会,充分发挥专职老师和临床带教老师的协同作用,并加强护生职业情感的培养。Objective To deeply explore the psychological feelings of the nursing students after the first time special clinical practice.Methods By content analysis,psychological feelings after the first time special clinical practice of the 41 nursing students of grade 2012 from Second Military Medical University were analyzed to refine the themes.Results Five themes were refined,including the correct understanding of nurse- patient relationship,strengthening of profession identifaction and value,providing chances to apply the theoretical knowledge to clinical practice,stimulating the learning motivation,and finding out the importance of nurse-patient communication.Conclusion The first clinical practice may contribute to the correct understanding of medical environment and nurse-patient relationship,strengthening of professional thought and finding out one's deficiency,so as to set up the correct professional value and stimulate the learning motivation.We should increase the chances of clinical practice and fully play the role of university professional teachers and clinical nursing teachers,and strengthen the professional emotion cultivation for nursing students.
