摘 要:教师情感态度是教师专业内容的重要方面,良好的情感态度在开展课堂教学,促进学生健康成长,促进教师身心健康,保持良好的工作状态及提升教师德性修养,促进教师专业成长等方面都具有十分关键的作用。受科学唯理智主义以及知识激增等各种因素的影响,对教师,尤其是社会转型和城乡教育发展不平衡情况下的农村教师的情感态度问题的研究和关注度不够。文献研究的结果显示,已有研究主要集中在间接性研究和把教师情感态度作为机制和外部表征等方面,缺少直接性和前瞻性的理论与实践研究。未来农村教师专业情感态度研究应该在教师培养培训情感的理论研究、农村教师个人生命史与性格特征研究、教师个人性知识的形成过程和机制研究、农村教师实习和个人化培养模式开发等方面有所作为。Teachers’ emotional attitude is an important aspect of teachers'professional content . Good emotional attitude is the key role in classroom teaching and in promoting healthy grow th of students , as well as teachers'physical and mental health and maintaining good working condition , and in promoting teachers'moral cultivation and professional development . Affected by various factors such as scientific rationalism and knowledge explosion ,for a long time ,the research and attention on teachers ,especially on rural teachers' emotional attitude problem is not enough in the stage of social transformation and unbalanced development of education between urban and rural areas . According to the result of literature analysis , the current studies mainly concentrate in the indirect research and treat teachers' emotional attitude as the mechanism and the external representation , show the lack of direct and prospective theory study and practice . Future research on rural teacher professional emotional attitude research should do something in the following aspects :theoretical research on teacher training emotion , rural teachers'personal life history and personality characteristics , the formation process of teachers ’ personal knowledge and its mechanism , the training and the creation of personal training model of rural teachers .
