摘 要:教师专业成长需求分析是教师培训系统中不可或缺的组成部分。本文从教育理念、知识、能力三个维度对河南省688名高中教师的专业成长需求进行了调查和分析,并依据需求分析提出了旨在提高教师培训针对性和实效性的意见和建议,如高度重视教师专业成长中的迫切需求、积极引领教师专业成长及培育相关需求、推进教师专业成长需求分析的专业化,等等;以期为河南省高中教师培训的长远发展提供策略支持。The demand analysis of teachers' professional development is an important part of teachers' training system. This paper presents a research on and analysis of the needs of high school teachers' professional development in terms of three dimensions,namely,educational idea,knowledge,and ability. Based on the analysis,comments and suggests are made pertaining to improving the pertinence and actual effect of teacher training with a view to providing strategic support for the long-term development of high school teacher training Henan Province. They include attaching great importance to the urgent demand of teachers' professional development,guiding the professional development of teachers and catering to their needs,promoting specialized demand analysis of teachers' professional development,and so on and so forth.
