摘　　要：高职学生要想成为一名优秀的社会工作者,不但要具备良好的专业技术能力,还要有很强的社会适应能力,也就是智商和情商要协调发展。通过对我院学生进行问卷调查,了解目前高职学生的心理状态及他们面对困难的做法,从而了解高职学生智商情商的真实水平,进一步探讨培养高职学生智商与情商的对策。To be an efficient social worker, a higher vocational college graduate should not only possess good professional and technical ability, but also have a strong ability of social adaptation, which requires a coordinated development of both IQ and EQ. This study, through a questionnaire conducted in Zhangjiakou Vocational and Technical College, has acquired the knowledge of its students＇ psychology and their solutions to problems and difficulties, which helps to get the knowledge of their IQ and EQ level so that measures can be taken for the development of their IQ and EQ.
