导生制在现代大学生管理中的应用探究

摘　　要：现代大学生在专业学习、生活习惯、人际交往、心理调适等方面呈现出新的特点。大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务能力的培养和综合素质的提高,需要高校思想政治教育工作者加强教育和引导。导生制作为现代大学生管理的一种新模式,在引导和帮助新生适应大学的学习和生活,协助辅导员做好日常教育及管理工作,加强新生思想政治教育,建设优良的学风和班风等方面发挥了重要的作用。导生制的有效实施能使高校学生管理工作取得新进展、新突破、新成效。Modern college students have shown new features in professional learning, habits, interpersonal relationship and mental adjustment. More education and guidance need to be strengthened by ideological and political educators for improving students＇ self-education, self-management, selfservice capabilities. As a new model of modern college management,it will guide and help freshmen adapt to college life and study, assist counselor for daily education and management, strengthen ideological and political education of freshmen, build excellent learning atmosphere and class culture. College student management will make new progress, new breakthroughs and new results by effective implementation of Monitorial System.
