摘  要:《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》从专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力三个维度凸显了幼儿园教师职业的专业特性。观察与访谈发现,当前幼儿园教师专业素质距离《专业标准》的要求还有不小的差距,包括存在职业倦怠现象,专业知识有所欠缺,专业能力发展失衡等。幼儿园教师应该通过实践与自我反思、同伴互动与合作、参加培训与研修等多种途径,全面提高自身的专业素质。Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers highlights the professional features of kindergarten teachers in 3 dimensions of teachers' morality, professional knowledge, and professional ability. Observation and interview show that there is still a big gap between current teachers' quality and the ones required by Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers, which is shown by obvious .job burnout, lack of general knowledge, and imbalance of professional development. Kindergarten teachers should improve their professional qualities through self reflection and practice, peer interaction and cooperation, and participation of training and studying programs,
