高职生职业核心能力提升与学生社团发展的双效互动探析

摘　　要：高职院校学生社团的数量在不断增加,学生社团营造的开放性氛围、社团成员自发形成的社团文化以及组织的各种社团实践活动,对高职生职业核心能力的提升具有积极的推动作用,同时高职生职业核心能力的提升也推动着学生社团组织向可持续化、品牌化和均衡化发展。The number of Student associations in higher vocational college is increasing. Student associations create the atmosphere of openness, members of these associations corporate associations culture and organize all sorts of community activities, which is helpful to higher vocational students’ Professional ability enhancement. At the same time, higher vocational students’ Professional ability enhancement is also driving the student community organization to sustainable development, branding, and equality.
