摘　　要：青年教师是高校教育教学的主力军,其职业发展对人才培养至关重要。教学能力包括设计能力、执行能力和研究能力,针对青年教师在教学能力方面存在问题,分析原因,我们可以从政府部门、学校和教师个人三方面着手解决,尽快完善和提升他们的教学能力。Young teachers are the main force of college and university. Their occupational development is very important to person- nel training. Teaching ability includes the ability of design, executive capability and the ability of research. Aiming at the problems and causes of teaching ability of young teacher, we should improve their teaching ability through government branches, colleges and individuals of teacher.
