摘  要:随着教育对改变个人命运、创造幸福生活的影响越来越大,我国民众对优质教育的渴望日益强烈。教育部发起的"卓越教师培养计划"旨在促进高校教师教育改革,培养一大批卓越教师以实现"更好的教育"。从教师发展规律、教师职业特点以及相关经验来看,卓越教师的培养需要关注三个方面的内容:第一,遵循教师成长规律,合理定位培养目标;第二,学科专业课程与教育类课程并重,确保学生具有扎实的学科知识和能力;第三,充分发挥中小学在教师培养过程中的作用,建立"U-S"合作培养人才模式。As it is more and more important for education to change personal fate and create a happy life, the desire of our people to get a high quality of education is becoming stronger and stronger. The Ministry of Education launched the "excellent talent cultivation plan", which aimed at promoting teacher education reform and cultivating a large number of outstanding teachers to achieve "a better education". From the teacher developing law, teacher professional characteristics and relevant experiences, to implement "excellent teacher cultivation plan" should pay attention to the following three aspects. First, to follow the law of teacher growth, and reasonably determine educational objectives; Second, disciplinary subject and educational subject must be equally valued, and we must ensure that higher normal students can firmly grasp subject knowledge and ability needed by them in their future teaching job; Third, we need to absorb the primary and secondary schools to participate in the training process, and employ the U-S cooperation mode for talent training.
