摘　　要：通过出访日本，用生动的事例描述了中国教育环境过去与现在的不同，人才培养环节与日本的差异。随着教育减负的进行，学习文化和知识的概念正在发生改变，不同年代人的观念正在发生碰撞，如何面对挑战，在旅日过程中得到的启发确实值得思考和回味。Through visiting Japan and contacting with fellow tour members, this paper decrypts the different of education between past and the present in China with vivid examples, and as the burden of education, people of different age to the concept of a culture of learning and knowledge is producing a new collision, which needs a new ideas to deal with. Solution in Japan are slightly inspired by lightening can raise to let students some outside group activities, and strengthen the contacts both social and others.
