如何培养师范生技能的调查与分析

摘　　要：对如何培养师范生技能进行调查后发现,部分师范生对师范生技能的认识还不明确,自身的各方面技能如"三笔一话"、"教学设计"、"信息技术"、"德育管理"等基本技能还有待提高.并发现当前师范生培养存在课程设置不科学,教育实践环节不重视,师范生技能训练途径单一等问题,提出改革课程体制,加强职情教育,重视教育实践环节等对策,更有效地培养师范生技能,增强师范生就业竞争力.After a survey on how to cultivate the skills of normal students, we found that part of the normal students are not clear about the skills of normal students and their basic skills on all aspects such as writing skills,teaching design,information technology,and moral education need to be improved. We also found that there exist problems like unscientific arrangement of courses, inadequate attention to educational practice,and the simplex training method of the skills in the current cultivation of normal students. We further put forward the countermeasures as follows：reform the curriculum system, enhance the vocational education, and pay more attention to educational practice, which help to achieve better effect（This leads to more effective）in cultivating the skills of normal students, and strengthening the employment competitiveness of the normal students.
