摘 要:以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为材料,利用浸没沉淀相转化法制备超滤膜,以水通量、孔隙率、截留率等对膜进行表征。结果表明,所制备的膜孔径较均一,在0.7MPa操作压力下,其水通量可达350L/m2·h以上,其孔隙率维持在80%左右,对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的截留率在90%以上,而对聚乙二醇20000的截留率仅为5%左右。单因素与正交实验结果表明,当温度为50℃、pH=9、操作压力为0.5MPa及料液浓度为240μg/mL,膜的通量最大,对大豆蛋白的截留率可达96.25%。The polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by the immersion phase inversion process,and its characterization was investigated by measuring the water flux and porosity of the membrane, its retention of different molecular weights. The results showed that the water flux of the membrane was 350L/m2. h, its porosity was around 80%, under 0.7MPa, its retention to bovine serum albumin (BSA) and polyethylene glycol(PGE) 20000 were over 90% and only 5%,respectively. By optimizing process conditions such as temperature,pH,operating pressure and material liquid concentration conditions,the retention of the membrane to the soybean proteins reached 96.25% under the temperature was 500(3, pH=9,operating pressure was 0.5MPa and slurry concentration to 240μg/mL
