摘　　要：为推动高职院校与行业更加广泛深入的合作,以江苏财经职业技术学院粮食工程与管理系为例,介绍其在校企合作方面的主要做法及取得有成效。根据师生参加粮食行业实践工作的经验,从行业指导、教学模式改革、双师型教师培养、教学过程反思等方面,分析高职院校深入行业开展科技服务与教学的必要性。In order to promote more extensive cooperation between higher vocational colleges and industries,this paper, taking department of food engineering and management of Jiangsu vocational college of finance and economics as an example, examines the main practice in the school-enterprise cooperation and the progress that has been made in this field. The author makes analysis of the necessity to carry out scientific and technological services and teaching for higher vocational colleges according to the practical work experience of teachers and students to participate in the food industry and in terms of professional guidance, reform of teaching patterns, double type teachers＂ training, and teaching reflection.
