摘　　要：目的 :研究丹贝及大豆异黄酮提取物对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制作用和对免疫功能的影响。方法 :观察受试物对BALB/C小鼠移植肉瘤 (S 180 )的作用和对单核巨噬细胞功能的影响 ,检测小鼠胸腺、脾指数的变化。结果 :11.42g·kg-1的丹贝异黄酮提取物能抑制S 180生长 ,此剂量及 5 .71g·kg-1的剂量能抑制胸腺指数下降 ,提高单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结论Objective To observe the effects of tempe and soybean isoflavone extract on antitumor and immunoreaction.Methods The effects on tumor weight,thymus and spleen index and macrophage activities were examined of mice carried S 180. Results Tempe isoflavone extract(11.42?g·kg -1 ) can inhibite the growth of tumour (S 180) of BALB/C mice carried. Tempe isoflavone extract 11.42?g,5.71?g·kg -1 can inhibite the drop of thymus index and improve the activities of macrophage of mononuclear phagocyte in mice carried S 180.Conclusion Tempe isoflavone extract will become a functional food with antitumor activity.
