摘　　要：以职业技术师范院校数学与应用数学专业建设与改革为例,研究分析职业技术师范类院校数学与应用数学本科专业定位,依据学校办学定位、社会行业发展的需求以及学生本人发展的需要,兼顾实用与发展的原则,提出了"思维为本"的教育理念,形成了"4+2+2"人才培养模式,以及确立了"过程与目标"人才培养质量评价体系。Taking the construction and reform of mathematics and applied mathematics speciahy in vocational and technical teachers＇ college as the case, the paper studies the specialty orientation for mathematics specialty, and put forward the ＂thinking-based＂ education view according to the school-running orientation, social and industrial development demand and student development demand, build the＂4＋2＋2＂talent cultivation model according to the principle of practicality and development, and established the ＂process and objective＂-oriented evaluation system for talent cultivation.
